Here we go!!!  The first entry of the epicurista blog!!!

5.  Because no one knows what the heck epicurista means, since I made up the word.  But, by the time this blog is going full force you will be familiar with this new epicurean word (hint, hint!) in a very intimate sense!

4.  Because I just love food!  There is just so much to say about great filet mignon, cheeses, restaurants, kitchen gadgets, delicious recipes and more....  I am not just going to put up some random stuff, but I am trying to find the best of the best in the culinary universe to share with you!!

3. Because I get to critique restaurants and now someone will listen(other than my great husband)! :)  Seriously though, I think I have some pretty darn good things to say, or I would not be starting this blog.

2.  Because there is just so much to say regarding wine and cocktails.  I get excited about that!!!

1.  Because I don't think there is a website out there that is going to deliver and cater fabulous food info to foodies like you!
