I am in search of all great things that will hone my culinary skills, especially if it involves going to Europe as well!  So, when I saw that Bon Appetit and the Food Network were offering a European Iron Chef Getaway, I somehow got very interested.  I thought you may be interested too!

Here is the run down!  4 days, 3 nights in a European locale of your choice where you participate in first-rate cooking classes, that hopefully will teach you to cook like an "Iron Chef".  I am up for it!
