I can't wait!!!  I am so excited for the many winemakers who will be making an appearance in Chicago at ZAP's Zinfandel's Grand Tasting at The Mid-America Club.   Zinfandels from many of California’s growing regions will be featured and certainly tasted! I can't wait to meet face to face with winemakers and winery owners from 30 ZAP member wineries.  Of course, I will have many important questions answered such as:  Where does Zinfandel grow best? What are the characteristics of Zinfandel grown in the different areas? How do you best match Zinfandel with food?
